Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 3-8-2025
1. No Refunds for Cancellations
If you do not arrive for your appointment, cancel in the last 24 hours, or no show, the deposit will be kept. If you are late to your appointment, you have a 10 min grace period. After the 10 min grace period, IF I am still able to take you, there will be a $20 late fee added on to your service. If I am not able to take you after the 10 min grace period, the appointment will have to be rescheduled and you will be required a new deposit.
2. Booking your Appointment
When booking your appointment for a refill, you MUST have 50% or more of your lash extensions still remaining. Anything less than that will be considered a Full Set. Furthermore, any appointment booked after 3 weeks of your previous appointment will be a Full Set. The recommended time to book for your refill is 2-2.5 weeks after your previous appointment!
